Sleeps 144 total in twin sized bunk beds. This large building has 2 wings with 6 rooms of 12 with a common meeting room in the middle. Minimum group size is 60. Click images below to enlarge.

Sleeps 52 total in twin sized bunk beds. This is a mini version of the dorm. It has 2 wings with a common meeting room in the middle. The luxurious feature is the back deck which offers a great spot for small group discussions with an outdoor fireplace to add ambience in the winter months. Click images below to enlarge.

This 60’ x 60’ dedicated meeting space has high ceilings and full AV for your worship service. Seating capacity is 340. The projectors utilized by the audience are directed at both walls on either side of the stage. Those on stage have a confidence monitor projected on the back wall above the sound booth. The sound booth has:

• • 32 channel sound board
  • HDMI cord for groups to plug in their computer to project lyrics and teaching presentations
  • Blu-ray player
  • Access to the lighting computer to run the lighting system

This 40’ x 45’ dedicated meeting space offers versatility. It has been used as a primary meeting/worship space, craft room, bible classroom, and an adult breakroom. Depending on the arrangements needed and purpose for the event, it can accommodate groups ranging 110-170. The storage closet contains cushioned chairs for 130 along with 29 tables (mixture of 6’ & 8’).  The kitchenette contains a large commercial two door refrigerator to hold a stockpile of drinks, in addition to an ice machine, microwave, and range for holding warm items.

The meeting room is automatically included for groups lodging in the dorm. The room is roughly 33’ x 42’.  The two storage closets contain cushioned seats for 100, eight 6ft round tables, and three smaller 3’x5’ tables. Guest groups can elect to rent a screen, projector, and basic sound system.

The meeting room is automatically included for groups renting Elm Lodge.  The center meeting room is roughly 23’ x 30’. It has a large 80” television mounted on a wall with a handy HDMI port on the wall below for projecting lyrics and teaching presentations. The storage closet has over 40 cushioned chairs and  four 6’ tables.  There is a small sink, refrigerator, and microwave to address the snacking needs for your group.

The gym is a common space that is a great reprieve from the Texas climate. It is air conditioned & heated, depending on the season. It contains 2 basketball goals, a nine square court, and lines painted for 4 pickleball courts, volleyball, and basketball. Click images below to enlarge.

This amphitheater is located on our western edge of the property and overlooks the lake.  The fire pit is where our Akiva staff will build a complimentary fire for your group based on your scheduling request. This stone gathering space can easily accommodate over 300 people.
